Great for an immediate pick-up or meal replacement to lose a few pounds.

  • 8-10 water, rice milk, or cranberry water
  • 1 cup fresh fruit, berries are great
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tbsp Flax see oil
  • 1 scoop powder greens, i.e. Amazing Grass Green
  • Stevia to taste
  • Ice cubes optional

Combine all ingredients, blend until smooth. Enjoy!
