Meet the Practioners

Kathleen Yow-Wells, LMT
Owner
Kathleen believes in the inherent healing power of the body. Respectful, patient, and skilled touch allows the body to release patterns of tension that hold trauma. This release creates space for muscle relaxation, pain relief, and repair of the nervous system. This creates balance restoring the system back to health and vitality. “It’s a great honor to do this work” – Kathleen Yow-Wells, LMT

Maryn Spangler, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
Maryn believes deeply in the body’s ability to heal itself. She views her role as practitioner as simply to guide the body’s attention to where there are restrictions, and to support the body while it resolves them and returns to functionality. She believes in the profound healing power of respectfully and deeply witnessing what the body is going through and holding space for change to occur. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, crocheting, and spending lots of time with her family. Maryn is accepting Friday & Saturday appointments beginning September 7.
